Kimsan Yanh

As a teen, I was 150 pounds; after high school, when real life took over, I jumped to 210 pounds at 5’5″.  My fitness journey started after my son was born on November 11, 2013.  When we brought him home and I held him and looked in the mirror, I realized it wasn’t me holding him, but my stomach.  At that very moment I realized how unhealthy I had become.  My goal was to shed a few pounds to get back on the healthy side for both my daughter and son. What began as trying to shed a few pounds, has turned into me into a total fitness lover!  

This past weekend, I had my very first fitness competition!  I weighed in at 147 pounds for the competition, down from 205-210 less than two years ago!
